At the Repair Center

Vehicle Intake and Pre-Scan
A Bruner Service Advisor reviews the damage, prepares a preliminary estimate, and walks you through the overall repair plan while completing a full electronic pre-scan of your vehicle.

Disassembly
Our certified body technicians perform a complete disassembly and damage analysis to build a comprehensive repair plan and finalize estimate details before ordering parts and starting the repair.

Repair Plan / Order Parts
Your Service Advisor finalizes the repair plan with your insurance carrier and orders the correct parts according to your vehicle manufacturer's standards.

Body Repair
Once the damage analysis is complete, certified Bruner repair technicians remove all parts needing separate repair or replacement and perform body and structural repair work, with ongoing quality control inspections throughout.

Paint and Refinish
After body repairs are complete, your vehicle enters our paint and refinish process. Our paint technicians use digital color-matching technology and manufacturer-supplied codes to perfectly match your vehicle's original finish.

Reassembly
Your vehicle returns to the body shop where lamps, grills, doors, air conditioning, and any other parts involved in the repair are reinstalled. A final quality control check confirms every authorized repair fully restores your vehicle to its pre-accident condition.

Calibrations and Post-Scan
Every Bruner repair receives both a pre-scan and a post-scan so onboard sensors and safety systems are returned to pre-accident condition. Any advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) impacted by the damage are recalibrated by certified technicians.

When your repair and our standard quality control checks are complete, your Service Advisor will contact you to arrange pick-up. You'll review the vehicle alongside your advisor to confirm the authorized repairs meet your satisfaction — then drive home backed by the Bruner lifetime guarantee.
